The working principle of tunnel drying oven (drying line, tunnel drying line) is generally to use far-infrared to heat the inside of the furnace, and then the interior is made of stainless steel, so that the infrared light can shine on every corner of the furnace, and then uniformly heat up, transferring energy to the object.

The tunnel oven is designed and manufactured using advanced foreign technology, with advanced structure, easy disassembly and assembly, and beautiful appearance. High tech insulation materials have good thermal insulation performance and strong insulation properties. The heating technology adopts far-infrared heating technology, and the heating element layout is reasonable with low energy consumption. The internal hot air circulation makes the temperature inside the oven more uniform and leak free, ensuring the quality of the oven products.

The energy-saving tunnel oven adopts a precise temperature control system, controlled by PID microcomputer, with three internal heating zones for indirect drying. The moisture content of the products heated and dried by the tunnel oven is low.

Design for reflow soldering of SMT components, drying, curing, and dispensing of printed circuits, electronic products, and powder materials. The furnace adopts an independent temperature zone isolation structure, heated by far-infrared stainless steel electric heating tubes, with a wide and unobstructed infrared irradiation surface. The system can be equipped with an enhanced exhaust mechanism to further improve the temperature uniformity and cleanliness of the product environment. The control adopts a single loop intelligent adjustment method, which has the characteristics of stable temperature control and convenient adjustment.
